Our Amazing Summer Camp Program

Welcome to The Great Leap Academy Summer Camp, a place where your child's passions and curiosities take center stage! From July 22 to July 26, children aged 4-8 are invited to dive into a world of discovery and creativity like never before. Here, we empower children to choose their own adventure, exploring a variety of exciting stations and activities tailored to their interests.

Camp Activities & Stations

Early Drop-Off Option at 8am (additional cost) 

👫 Team Building Kickoff: Each camp day begins at 9am with team-building activities, fostering friendships and camaraderie among the children. During this time all campers participate in interactive games and discussions, where they learn about camp rules, build friendships, and explore important social-emotional concepts such as empathy, kindness, cooperation, trust and respect.

🎵 Music and Movement: We gather everyone to get groovy and express themselves at our music and movement class where children dance, sing, and let their energy flow.

🥨 Snack Oasis: Before going into their chosen stations, children will indulge in our delightful snack break! Our snack offerings are not just delicious—they're unlimited! Children can visit the snack station whenever hunger strikes, ensuring they stay energized and satisfied throughout their summer adventures.

🔬 STEAM Station: Ignite your child's curiosity with our STEAM station, where they'll engage in hands-on experiments and innovative projects exploring science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

🎨 Kandinsky Kids Station: Unleash your child's inner artist at our Kandinsky Kids station, where they'll create masterpieces inspired by the greats like Van Gogh, Gaudi, and Pollock.

🍳 Lit Kitchen Station: Let imagination and taste buds collide at our culinary station, where children bring stories to life through literature-inspired recipes and cooking activities.

🍎 Lunch Station: At lunch time, children will gather again for delicious and nutritious meals from local restaurants and caterers, fueling up for more adventures throughout the day. Lunchtime also serves as a social opportunity for children to connect with peers, practice table manners, and engage in meaningful conversations.

🧵 Sewing Tales: Stitch together literary magic at our sewing station, where children craft cute creations such as character pillows and mini bags inspired by their favorite books.

🧱  Brick Station: Build, create, and dream big at our brick station, where children engineer their own adventures with colorful Lego bricks and endless possibilities.

❤️ Sensory Station: Stimulate your child's senses and spark their curiosity with hands-on sensory experiences and stimulating activities.

💪 Fitness Fun: Stay active and healthy with outdoor games, group exercises, and activities that promote strength, coordination, and teamwork.

🏆 Fun Games with Prizes: At 4:30pm, we will all gather together and wrap up the day with exciting challenges and games, win prizes and create unforgettable memories. Everyone is a winner here!

⏰ Extended Hour Activities (additional cost): For parents seeking an extra hour of fun, join us for extended activities including mindfulness sessions like yoga and sound baths from 5pm - 6pm.
